On his transfer from the Fisheries Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Mr. B.C. Engholm (United Kingdom) resigned as Vice-Chairman and Mr. M. Sukhoruchenko (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) was appointed to succeed him.
