22. Election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman

Mr. M.N. Sukhoruchenko (U.S.S.R.) proposed by the Commissioner for the United Kingdom and seconded by the Commissioner for Norway and Mr. H. Gardner (United Kingdom) proposed by the Commissioner for Norway and seconded by the Commissioner for Japan were elected Chairman and Vice-Chairman respectively for the next three years. The elections were unanimous.
