24. Election of Chairman

By unanimous decisions Mr W.C. Tame (United Kingdom) was elected Chairman and Mr. I. Fujita (Japan) was elected Vice-Chairman, both for three years. Mr. Tame was proposed by the Commissioner for the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and seconded by the Commissioner for Norway. Mr. Fujita was proposed by the Commissioner for Norway and seconded by the Commissioner for the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
