14. Ban on Killing Blue and Humpback Whales in North Pacific Ocean

The Technical Committee accepted the Scientific Committee's recommendation that the ban on the killing of blue and humpback whales in the North Pacific Ocean should be continued and the Commission approved the following amendments to the Schedule proposed by the Technical Committee:

Paragraph 4(1)(b) delete "1966" and substitute "1971"

Paragraph 6(4) delete "1968" and substitute "1971"
